As President and CEO of Premium Auto Films and Premium Window Tinting, Ocean has made it his mission to give customers the best customer service experience possible while providing the highest quality products and installation. Ocean is a family man with a wife of over 30 years and 3 boys, all of which work for the same goal as team mates of Premium.

He has owned and operated a successful window cleaning company as a teenager and went on to design, build and operate, with his wife, a 40 employee full service car wash and detailing company, Majestik Auto Spa, serving Chesapeake Virginia for 15 years.
